But in all seriousness, it’s awesome that u bought up a very important point here. I’d like to add that it’s better if sisters dont have too much fun till late on campus. The other night when the incident happened on the infamous trail, a few sisters were on campus ice blocking or something like that.

I just wanted to share one more tip about being aware: make eye contact with people walking from the opposite direction. A lot of times, people want to take advantage of those who seem submissive, so making eye contact shows you are alert! And although women are usually targeted, brothers need to be careful as well. There have been a lot of incidents at UCLA involving males getting robbed when walking alone, so don’t walk alone!

Regarding Anon’s comment- The part about walking sisters home was a joke. But i understand if you feel awkward asking a brother so that is why Nadia has provided other options, choose what makes you most comfortable.

I love how you pointed out that some girl say that they can take care of themselves. While this maybe delusional or true, still though, it’s better than to be safe than sorry.
