This year’s marks Al-Talib’s first official Digital Issue. Our publications have evolved over the 30 years thanks to technological advancements. We started out with frequent prints, more than once a quarter, all in the style of newspapers as opposed to our recent magazine-style prints. Along the way even those prints became less frequent as the newsmagazine moved online (to this website!) and articles could be published right as news was occurring. Despite the benefits of online media, it’s important to remember how Al-Talib was in the beginning, because without all of those newspapers, we could never have been where we are today. To the left you’ll find the covers of the newmagazines published in the ‘90s, the first decade of Al-Talib. We hope you enjoyed this little bit of history while reading the Spring 2020 Digital Issue!
